I opened Payne Insurance & Financial Services in 1993.  There have been many changes in my agency throughout the years and the different phases of my life.  Ups, downs, industry attitudes and practices and my life experiences all had an impact on me and my agency.  I have adjusted and evolved to meet those changes and challenges in business and my life, but the things that haven’t changed are my love of what I do and the reason I still do it.
